Di Jayawickrema is a Sri Lankan New Yorker. She writes short prose that approaches poetry and navigates (un/re)making memory, identity, and belonging. Her writing has appeared in journals that include New Delta Review, The Pinch, wildness, and Entropy. A VONA and Tin House alumnus and Kundiman fellow, her writing has been nominated for Best of the Net, longlisted in Wigleaf Top 50, and anthologized in Best Microfiction.
